Income tax deadline: how does it work?

For most people, the deadline to file your income tax return is May 1st. If you're working with us, we automatically request an extension for all our clients. This gives you (and us) more time to submit everything carefully. We make sure your tax return is filed before the extended deadline.

The questionnaire is ready for you in the webapp. There you’ll see exactly what we need, such as:

• Annual statement(s) of bank account(s)
• Any other income (e.g. salary, benefits)
• Housing costs, mortgage or rent
• Overview of your assets (savings, investments)

If you have a fiscal partner, we’ll also need their information. You can easily link your partner’s profile in the webapp. We’ll then also request an extension for them. Don’t forget to activate the authorisation using the blue letter from the tax authorities.

We work in order of receipt. Once you’ve filled in the questionnaire and uploaded the required documents, you’ll be placed in the processing queue. In your dashboard, under income tax, you can check if your return is already being handled.
