Authorization The Bookie to deposit your annual accounts with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK)

The filing of annual accounts aka your financial statement is required by law for (most) B.V.s that are clients of ours.

Letter from Chamber of Commerce: authorization

• The Bookie will apply for authorization to do this for you.
• You will then receive a letter with a request to approve this authorization.
• As soon as you have approved the application, we will be notified and we can file your annual accounts.

If the application is not processed within 6 weeks, it will expire. We can apply for a new authorization if our previous application has expired.
