How do I create a project administration?
With a Plus subscription you can create your own administration for each project. This way you have an overview of your total costs and revenue and it gives you insight wether the project is profitable.
1. In your left bar, go to Projects
2. Click on the yellow Create button
3. Fill in the details on the pop-up screen. Note: the Inbox Subject Tag is especially important. By using this in the title of your e-mail you forward with a (received) invoice to your Bookie Inbox and when using it when uploading a picture with the mobile app Bookie Bonnen the expense will automatically be uploaded to your project too.
4. Do you want to add expenses to your Project? Then go to your Expenses and choose by the Expense number or add the processed expense in your Project. Read more about all you options.
5. Now under Projects, for that project, you can not only see what the expenses and income are per project, but you will also find a real-time Profit and Loss Statement. Super handy, if you want to know a project is not only fun, but also to see what you return of investment is.
