How can I add expenses to a specific project?

The Plus subscriptions give you the option to (automatically) keep track of an administration per project. Read more about Plus subscriptions or about the possibilities of Project Administration. For business expenses you can determine to which project the receipt or invoice of an expense belongs. You can do this in two ways. Afterwards you can also see the expenses under the Expenditure & Sales projects.

Give a tag or link a project

Whenever you forward an invoice pdf of an expense to your personal Bookie Inbox or upload a receipt of an expense in the mobile app Bookie Bonnen, you have the option to connect this to a project. When forwarding, you simply change the title of the email in the TAG name you gave the project. If you upload a pictures, you can select the project.

Link release under project

Do you want to add an expense that you have already processed in your administration to a project? Then click on the project and connect the expense to the project. You can also do that in retrospect.
