At The Bookie, we work with subscriptions. This way, you always have a team of Bookies ready to assist you, and everything is arranged for a fixed price.
Which services and tools are included in the subscription?
Costs excluding VAT: depreciation including VAT
Subscriptions for sole proprietorships
Subscriptions for partnerships (VOF)
Subscriptions for limited companies (B.V.)
Additional costs for Plus

The rates are based on your annual revenue and cover a full financial year (from January 1st to December 31st), regardless of whether you start with us in January or November.
For all subscriptions, the following applies:
Do you have a B.V.?
> Read here for a detailed explanation of services and tools
Below we have noted the depreciation amounts including VAT. In most cases, as an entrepreneur, you can claim the VAT back.
Per year you pay a fee of €780. This is invoiced in monthly terms of €65 per month.
The VOF subscription is in line with the sole proprietorship subscription. However, each partner pays an additional €160 annually compared to a sole proprietorship.
There are two types of B.V.’s: the operating company (werkmaatschappij) and the holding company. Each month, depending on your subscription, we will automatically deduct €138.66 (Holding) or €165 (Operating Company).
Credits are only deducted when you need them. You purchase them based on the number of expenses we process for you. For this, you authorize a direct debit of €78.65 (including VAT) per 50 credits.
Your invoice will automatically appear in your Expenses in The Bookie Webapp. This is partly a prepayment for the year-end accounts and income tax return, which will be filed after the end of the fiscal year. You pay a fixed subscription price, which is based on your annual revenue at the end of the year for sole proprietorships.
In some cases, you will receive a separate or additional invoice after we have filed your income tax return.
