Salaris | How do you pay partners within a VOF?

As a partner in the VOF, you are not employed and therefore do not receive a salary. In the partnership agreement it can be agreed when the remuneration will be paid (weekly or monthly) and on what basis (hours worked or a fixed distribution). Partners can receive an early profit distribution. This is an advance on the final profit distribution at the end of the year.
