How do I change my bank account with the Tax Authorities?

Log in to your business page of the Tax and Customs Administration. Here you can then choose the form 'wijzigen rekeningnummer ondernemers'. The form speaks for itself.

Other legal form

The following applies to legal entities : you can log in with eHerkenning. This also applies to non-legal entities, such as a general partnership, CV and a partnership. Exceptions are organizations that are not registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. In that case, log in with your username and password on the old portal (see below).

Are you logging in with eHerkenning? Then you provide your account number like this :

1. Go to Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk and log in with eHerkenning.
2. Go to the 'My details' tab.
3. Open the 'Specify or change account number entrepreneurs' form.
4. Fill in the questions.
5. Click 'Agree'.

No e-Herkenning

Do you not have access to Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk and do you want to provide your account number? Then this can also be done in writing. In any case, mention:

• your IBAN (do not provide a savings account or foreign account),
• your RSIN,
• for which tax you provide the account number
• your name, address, postal code and city and telephone number.
• Also enclose an extract or proof of registration from the Chamber of Commerce and a copy of a bank statement (with the name clearly visible and not older than 2 months).

Processing your account number takes time
You will receive a confirmation letter within 3 weeks stating that we have processed your account number.
