Send a reminder

How do I send a reminder?

If your payment term, which you can set yourself, has passed and you have not registered a payment, the relevant invoice bar will turn red. Besides the fact that a red bar in the middle of your green, clean overview is of course a shame, we can imagine that you rather want to see your invoice paid. You have probably already delivered the service or the products and you must (regardless of whether the invoice has been paid) already pay the VAT with the relevant sales VAT return.

Check the payment and register it

If payment has already been made, register this payment by pressing the Payment button. This happens automatically if you use iDeal payments via the Mollie link. Read here how that works. If you do not use the link, check your bank account and check with the invoice number whether your invoice has already been paid.

Send a reminder

Has your invoice not been paid? Send a reminder with the touch of a button. As soon as you click on the button, The Bookie Webapp uses your standard mail. You can adjust these manually. We also recommend that you put the word Reminder in the subject bar for Invoice. From that moment on you will see when the reminders have been sent, received and read.
