I have a Bookie Plus, but run into some issues.

Where can I find the overview and settings of my Bookie Inbox?

Under the envelope on the upper right of your Dashboard.

My forwarded receipt or invoice does not appear to be processed in the Bookie Webapp

I have uploaded a receipt, but can't find it among my expenses. You will not receive a confirmation of a forwarded receipt or invoice. In your inbox you can see which files you have uploaded and which have already been processed. Please note that processing is manual and can take up to two weeks.

My forwarded receipt or invoice does not arrive

Check whether the email address from which you send the invoice has been verified in the app. You do this under the envelop and the Inbox Settings.

Can I send multiple invoices at the same time?

Yes, you can do that by e-mail with the Bookie Inbox. By sending multiple PDFs in one e-mail, we process all PDFs as separate publications. Keep in mind that there is an MB limit on forwarding so don't forward 30 issues in one email. Please note: this is not possible with Bookie Bonnen

What are recurring costs?

Recurring costs are expenses that are exactly the same every period (week/month/quarter/year) and for which you (often) do not receive an invoice. Think of cloud costs or bank costs. Are these costs higher or costs that may differ (such as telephony)? Then don't put this as recurring in the app and add a proof of payment so that we can check it.

I have sent an issue twice, what now?

Expenses for a) the same date and b) the same amount are recognized by us as double and not booked twice.

Can I have other people send invoices directly to my Bookie Inbox?

Yes, this is possible when they are a partner in your partnership. However, our advice is NOT to do this with other companies.

Can I also forward sales invoices (my income)?

No, for now we only process purchase invoices and receipts for your expenses.

When do I pay for my Plus subscription?

You pay by direct debit for the basic rate. To use Plus you buy credits: this is usually done by automatic authorization, but can also be done via iDeal. Only as soon as your credits are used up, because we have entered expenses for you, will an amount be debited again. Read here how that works.

I have referred customers and am using the affiliate deal. When will this be settled?

Every time a colleague becomes a customer through you and mentions your company name, you get 50 credits that we process for you for free. You will immediately see this in your Credits and Invoices under Company -> Settings -> Subscriptions.
