How do I activate direct debit for my Plus subscription credits?
1. Go to The Bookie Webapp
2. Click on your company name and select Subscription under Settings
3. Activate your authorization by clicking the Change button and select the number of credits you want to authorize.
Your Plus is an addition to your monthly Basic subscription, allowing us to book your expenses for you. So you take photos of receipts with the Bookie receipts mobile app and forward pdfs of expenses you receive by mail to your personal Bookie Inbox. You buy those credits per batch of 50, 100, 150 or 200 and simply carry them over to the next fiscal year if, for example, in 2022 you have fewer expenses processed by us than expected. Per expense we enter for you, you pay 1 credit.
As soon as you run out of credits, your Plus subscription credits are automatically topped up. An automatic debit will take place for the number of credits you have chosen. The invoice will be processed automatically.
* Do you prefer to pay via iDeal? Then you can use the Buy Credits button to buy credits just like a prepaid card. Please note that if you do not upload in time, your spending may not be forwarded and processed.
