Buy of rent a house: annual figures, interim figures or forecast

Then a housing association, a landlord or a mortgage providor asks for your annual figures. Some call it financial statements, others annual figures. In all cases, it's about a final overview of your business.

We are proud of the fact that all annual figures to date that we have prepared have led to a successful mortgage. In fact, De Hypotheker regularly refers to us when entrepreneurs do not yet have annual figures ;)

After we have submitted your income tax return you will receive an email containing a pdf of the tax return. This includes your annual figures. You can find them under header 4 Company profit tax return *year*.

Have we not submitted your income tax return yet? Then we would happily do that for you! You give us the task through The Bookie Webapp. Please keep in mind that sometimes extra costs are involved.

1. Click on your name in the top right corner of The Bookie Webapp.

2. Go to the year you need.

3. Fill out the questionnaire.

4. Call us on 030 2072077 to discuss terms and cost.

> Income tax return: supplying information and workflow

• Did you have a subscription? Then the income tax return is included in your subscription. You will always pay a fixed amount per financial year, depending on your revenue. Of course we will deduct the paid monthly installments from theyearly fee. We work with a first come first serve system. Your tax return will be places in our queue. 
• Did you request priority because you need your annual figures sooner? No problem, we charge an extra 25% so we can plan in extra hours and ensure you have your documents within a month. For mortgages you have 6 weeks to get everything in order.
• No subscription? Then we charge a fixed fee.

Wil je een huis huren? Dan heb je vaak niet de officiele jaarcijfers nodig. Een overzicht van je Winst- en Verliesrekening is in de meeste gevallen voldoende.
