Connecting your Zapier account

 Since the app is not publicly available yet, you can request an invitation via info@thebookie.nl. You will then receive an email making the app available to you.

You can now add The Bookie's triggers or actions to your zaps. You link your own Bookie account during the creation of one of your flows (zaps). When creating your zap, choose '+ connect new account' under account. A window will open, and here you enter the administration number you want to link. You can find this administration number in the Bookie App under your administration settings.

After this, you will be redirected to the Bookie App to grant permission from your Bookie account. If you have multiple administrations in your Bookie account, you will need to select the correct administration again and click "authorize." The connection is now complete.

Triggers

Triggers are actions in The Bookie app that can send a signal to Zapier. For example, if you want an email to be sent when an invoice is paid, you would choose The Bookie as the Trigger and select the event 'Sales Invoice Paid'

  • Sales Invoice Created
  • Sales Invoice Paid
  • Contact Created / Updated

Actions

Actions are tasks that can be automatically performed in The Bookie based on Triggers from other applications. For example, if you want a contact to be automatically created in your address book when this happens in another linked application, you would choose The Bookie under Action in your zap and select the event 'Contact Create'.

The following actions are available:

  • Find Contact
  • Create Contact
  • Create Sales Invoice
  • Create Purchase Invoice
  • Create Purchase Invoice Attachment (e.g., via Google Drive)
