How do I adjust the standard e-mails for my invoices?
Under your Sales you will find your (Invoice) Settings. Here you can format the invoice as you wish. You can do the same for quotations here. Under the heading E-mail you can adjust your standard e-mails for invoices, reminders and summons.
Invoice email
By personalizing the standard mail under the Mail tab, you create an email that fits in the communication of your company to your customers. Make sure to add your business email under the reply-to-email address. If you don't, your clients will e-mail questions to The Bookie Webapp instead of to you.
NB Only if you use a foreign bankaccount number for the payments of the invoices sent by you, should you change this directly in the draft invoice.
