Payroll administration by The Bookie | How does NMBRS work?

If The Bookie does your payroll, we use the NMBRS program for this purpose.

Activate your account

Once we've discussed what you need, we'll create an account for you. Depending on what you need, we'll create one or more profiles for you. For each role you will receive a separate email, all of which you have to approve.

So if you are DGA of your own holding company and have an operating company under it, you will receive both an employer (Company login) and an employee (Employee login).

Do you employ someone? Then your employee only gets an employee login.

NB You also have an NMBRS mobile for human resources: so from an employee perspective.

Common problems

I don't receive emails from NMBRS

If you have a BV, you often have multiple email addresses. First check that the account is not linked to another mail address. Then check your spam if a mail has not arrived there by mistake.

I receive a signal by e-mail but not the correct document

There can be several reasons. That is why we ask you to go through the following steps first.

1. Choose/switch to the correct profile. As a DMS you often have several profiles: the employer (that is the operating company and/or holding company) and the employee. In the employee profile you will find your pay slip as a DGA. In the employer you will find the wage declaration page where you will find below the wage declaration as entrepreneur and the amount to be paid including an IDeal link.

2. Read this FAQ by NMBRS

My declarations have not been processed

As a DGA of your own limited liability company, you are both your own employer and your own employee. That means you submit mutations and declarations to yourself. (Yes, a kind of pocket-pocket-pocket). So you must also approve these yourself in your employer profile. Only then can we as your payroll administrator process them on the payslips.
