In some cases, a mortgage provider may ask for a prognosis. We’d love to do these works for you. Since they are not included in your subscription, we will charge our hourly rate. You will then receive your prognosis within 3 months.

Are you in a hurry to get your prognosis? In consultation with your Bookie, we can sometimes do urgent work for you. We will try to schedule extra overtime for you in addition to our regular activities and deliver your forecast to you within a month. for urgent work we charge our hourly rate of €70,- plus 25% extra. Activities
A forecast is individual for your company, so we have no standard example or an easy printout. For that same reason, it is difficult to indicate how much time is spent in a forecast. A prognosis from us looks like this:
One or two a4s where your Bookie describes exactly what you do with your business, where your income comes from and what expenses you have.
- A graph with the revenue per quarter.
- A profit and loss account.
- If you have made investments or expect to do so, a depreciation statement.
- Possibly a balance if necessary. For most freelancers, only the profit and loss account is sufficient because it is about your expected profit.
How extensive the explanation is depends on a number of factors:
- How many different activities you do with your company and in which sectors.
- In addition, you also investigate whether you have already completed assignments, whether you have outstanding offers or assignments promised, and what has already been invoiced.
- Your Bookie also looks at costs already incurred
This makes it difficult to estimate the number of hours to be spent. The more extensive your business and the more you invoice/the more costs incurred, the longer your Bookie will spend on your forecast.
