The filing of annual accounts aka your financial statement is required by law for (most) B.V.s that are clients of ours.
Letter from Chamber of Commerce: authorization
- The Bookie will apply for authorization to do this for you.
- You will then receive a letter with a request to approve this authorization.
- As soon as you have approved the application, we will be notified and we can file your annual accounts.
If the application is not processed within 6 weeks, it will expire. We can apply for a new authorization if our previous application has expired.
