Invoice The Bookie | Payment has failed

I missed a direct debit payment.

How do I still pay the invoice?

If a monthly debit from your subscription or a debit for credits from your Plus subscription has not taken place, you will receive an email and notification in The Bookie Webapp. You can still pay this invoice within two weeks by means of an iDeal link.

Go to your Company name -> Settings -> Subscriptions and click on the red Canceled button(s).

You will receive a pop-up with which you can make the payment via an iDeal link. This way your invoice is immediately registered in us and your system as paid.

What does the notification state?

Notification | oops! Payment failed

The automatic payment for your Bookie subscription has failed. Please complete the payment manually by clicking the payment button under the tab "subscription" in your Administration settings or by clicking the payment button below.

What if I don't pay?

Mollie, our collection partner, then considers you a defaulter and assumes that (if you do not pay after the report) you will not be able to pay for the services in the future. This will automatically put your subscription on hold. To reactivate your subscription, pay the reversed payments and contact us at info@thebookie.nl
