How do I give a customer or client a discount on my invoice?

As soon as you create an sales invoice, you have the option to create different book lines using the Add book line button. Here you can state the relevant amount as a discount by placing a - sign in front of it. As you can see, you have now billed your customer €900 instead of €1000 as you have applied €100 as a price reduction.
