Import administration: importfile The Bookie

Have you worked in another accounting program, analog or Excel? And do you want this admin to appear in The Bookie Webapp?

That's possible. But only via our import file. This Google Spreadsheet is an easy Excel sheet with Sales and Expenses.

The method in short:

1. Fill in the columns on the 'Sales' and 'Purchases' tabs.
2. create a digital folder with attachments and name the attachment after the invoice number or the edition number. (e.g. an imaginary KPN Mobile invoice is the first issue of 2024, then it is on the first line of the expenses and the file is called 'Issue 1')
3. Send us an email at info@thebookie.nl when you have completed everything and add the attachments as a zip file (of course you can also use Dropbox or Wetransfer if you find that easier, we are happy with almost everything :))
